SCHEDULED SERVICE AGREEMENT

Iron Bridge Heating & Air Conditioning offers its customers Scheduled Service Agreements.  By choosing to participate in the applicable agreement(s), we will provide you with the same great customer service while passing on to you, our valued customer, remarkable savings.

We will provide preventive maintenance inspections semi-annually with a full year of service.  We will check and clean your unit(s) once in the spring and then in the fall to these customers.  After the two check ups, the residential safety and efficiency service agreement can be renewed.  If at the time of schedule service checkup additional services or materials are needed, they will be performed with customer approval and billed accordingly.
